Right next to the peaceful River Aulne near Quimper in Brittany, Stang Korvenn is the perfect place to completely relax and enjoy Brittany’s unique rural culture and variety.
There’s direct access to the river with cycling, fishing, swimming and walking; the stunning beaches of the Breton coasts to west and south are within easy reach, and so are many excellent golf courses. The north coast and the ferry port of Roscoff are just over an hour away, and the miles of empty surrounding roads that sweep through the countryside are a motorcyclist’s dream.
Stang Korvenn is a traditional Breton long-house or longère and an attached two bedroom gite. Each has been extensively renovated to combine modern living with rustic charm (complete with free Wifi), set in three acres of secluded wooded gardens. The farmhouse provides a luxurious setting with 3 B&B rooms and the cottage (gite) is available for holiday rental all year round.

We are 25 mins from Quimper by road and 30 mins from Carhaix-Ploguer, on the D72 between Châteauneuf-du-Faou and Quimper.

We recommend that you bring your own vehicle, as Stang Korvenn is not served by public transport. Free private off-road parking.
